These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of I-Net Broadband’s Website, located at https://inetbb.in.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use I-Net Broadband if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
I-Net Broadband’s T&C

- Complaints will be attended daily 10 A.M to 7 P.M. And Sunday 11 A.M to 4 P.M.

- I-Net Broadband will be responsible for carrying data packets and is not responsible for its nature of content. Customer guarantee that the service will be used for genuine purpose only and will not be used for any immoral or unlawful or socially unacceptable purpose.

- The service charges is payable in advance and is non-refundable. All taxes, duties, charges or any other levies of any nature whatsoever, payable for the service shall be payableby the customer in addition to the service charges.

- I-Net Braodband will put in its best efforts and strive to maintain the maximum possible uptime of the Service. However, I-Net Broadband will not be responsible for dowtime of Service due to reasons beyond its control.

- The Customer also acknowledges and accepts that in the very nature of the services to be provided there can be number of factors affecting the provision of the service by I-Net Broadband and the obligation of I-Net Broadband to provided the services shall be on best endeavour basis.

- This services to be provided shall be exclusively to the Customer. The Customer shall not transfer, reassing, sell and/or offer or promote the the Service to other or otherwise share the services with others including the affiliates of the customers.

- The Customers agree that the Broadband Service is a single PC connection. I-Net Broadband shall not be responsible for nay downgrade of service due to re-distribution by the Customer.

- The Customer shall not use the service provided by I-Net Broadband for any illegal or unlawful purpose. Customer shall at all times follow all the rules & regulations laid down by the competent autorities from time to time.

- Customer has to pay Rs 100/- every month as line maintenance charges every month whether he renew the account or not. Customer has to renew the account regularly if fails to renew continously for three months. Service will be disconnected permanently.

- It is illegal to terminate internal telephony call to public telephone number (PSTN, ISDN, PLMN, e.t.c) in India irrespective of whether the same originates in India or abroad.

- I-Net Broadband reccommends that all the customers shall go through the “Parental Guidance” and understand the given guidelines.

- Customer shall provide proper earthing to the P.C.
