A. Check lights on the Router

1. Power

2. Wireless

3. WAN

  • If all the LIGHTS are OFF its Adapter or Router issue. Mail us at contact@inetbb.in
  • If all the LIGHTS are ON go to Step B.

B. Check WAN Port

  • If OFF its External issue. Mail us at contact@inetbb.in.
  • If ON – try switching Router ON and OFF. If problem still persists e-mail I-Net Customer support at contact@inetbb.in.
